Julie Fits Into Her Favourite Clothes Thanks To The Lady Shake

'My before photo was taken in Sydney earlier in the year.

I was a member of a gym and I was going every day, however, it was what would happen after the gym that was the problem.  I would come home via the shops where I would buy chocolate and chips. Everyday.

My husband came across The Man Shake and The Lady Shake on a T.V commercial. We both decided to give it a go. I saw results in the first week!

I am now wearing clothes I haven't worn in years. My goal was to buy a lovely new dress for a friend's wedding (my after photo) and look good in it.

I love all the flavours of The Lady Shake, I love mixing flavours also. I love mixing chocolate with coffee and chocolate with banana."
