This breakfast pudding is a nutritious meal you can whip up together in no time!

Ingredients

2 scoops of The Man Shake 100g Greek yoghurt 1/3 cup milk or almond milk Handful of strawberries or frozen berries

Method

1. Place yoghurt in a bowl and add The Man Shake powder.
2. Add milk then mix up until you achieve pudding-like texture.
3. Add berries to top.

Note: You can add water if required.
Tips: Take it further with some nuts, different fruit like banana or chia seeds.
