Ingredients
French Toast
- 2 slices low carb bread
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tsp natural sweetener
- 1 dash vanilla extract
Toppings
- Dollop of greek yoghurt
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- Drizzle of sugar-free maple syrup
Method
- Whisk the egg whites in a dish or bowl that is big enough to fit your bread in it and soak your bread slices in the egg whites until soggy.
- Heat a non stick frypan over medium heat. Place your bread slices on the pan and allow to cook until golden and crispy, flip and cook the other side.
- Once both sides are cooked, remove from the pan and top with berries and maple syrup.
