Blueberry Yoghurt Clusters

Ingredients

  • 1 x punnet of blueberries
  • 1 x cup of Parris Creek Greek vanilla yoghurt
  • 2 x tablespoons of maple syrup
  • ½ bar of Lindt 70% dark chocolate

Method

  1. Wash your blueberries, and then add to a bowl, along with the Greek yoghurt and maple syrup
  2. After mixing thoroughly, use a tablespoon to scoop little clusters onto a lined baking tray
  3. Put the baking tray into the freezer for 2-3 hours to harden
  4. Melt your chocolate in bowl, and drizzle over the top of the hardened clusters
  5. Enjoy!
