Blueberry Yoghurt Clusters

Ingredients
- 1 x punnet of blueberries
- 1 x cup of Parris Creek Greek vanilla yoghurt
- 2 x tablespoons of maple syrup
- ½ bar of Lindt 70% dark chocolate
Method
- Wash your blueberries, and then add to a bowl, along with the Greek yoghurt and maple syrup
- After mixing thoroughly, use a tablespoon to scoop little clusters onto a lined baking tray
- Put the baking tray into the freezer for 2-3 hours to harden
- Melt your chocolate in bowl, and drizzle over the top of the hardened clusters
- Enjoy!
