Inspired by the triple-decker culinary icon, this recipe tastes just like your favourite fast food burger without the carbs and added sugar!

Ingredients
- 500g Coles 5-Star mince
- 1 cos lettuce, shredded
- 1 brown onion, diced
- 1/4 cup light shredded cheese
- 4 pickles
- 2 tbsp Coles special burger sauce
Method
- Cook mince in a pan with a dash of olive oil over medium heat.
- Dice onion, chop lettuce and set aside.
- Once cooked, put the mince in a bowl and allow to cool.
- In a separate bowl, arrange the onion, lettuce, pickles, mince and cheese to your liking.
- Drizzle with burger sauce, and enjoy!
Kathleen's tip: Put the cheese directly on top of the mince so it melts.
