Ingredients
- 1/4 cup reduced fat plain cottage cheese
- 1 large wholemeal rice cakes
- 1/2 tomato
- 1/4 large avocado
- Salt & pepper
Optional:
- Add 200g smoked salmon or 1 small tin tuna
Method
1. Spread cottage cheese over rice cakes.
2. Add avocado and tomato.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
