With Anzac Day upon us try these delicious Anzac Biscuits without the flour and sugar most have - enjoy!
Makes 20 small biscuits (Serves 10)

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/4 cup water
Method
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees
- In a food processor or blender mix oats, coconut, and almonds
- Add all the other ingredients and blend again
- Roll into 20 balls
- Flatten each ball into a biscuit
- Pop them on a non-stick oven tray with baking paper & bake for approx. 20 mins or until golden
